Kids School Gear That's Coordinated From the Start

Everything for kids in one place: backpacks, lunch bags, pencil cases, bento boxes, hat clips and snack containers, all designed to work together as one system rather than a drawer of mismatched pieces. Built for daycare, kindy and primary school, with prints kids pick themselves.

How to Build a Kids School Kit

Start with the backpack, since it's the piece that sets the print or colourway for everything else. From there, add a matching lunch bag sized to clip on or slot inside, a bento box in the same tone, and a pencil case if you want the full set. Every category comes in coordinating colours, so once you've picked the first piece, the rest is easy.

For Kids FAQs

What is included in the For Kids collection?

This collection brings together school and lunch essentials such as bentos, snack boxes, reusable pouches, food jars, cutlery and hat clips. You can choose individual pieces to suit your child’s daily routine.

Lay out the things your child takes on an ordinary day before choosing extras. A lunch box, bottle and separate fruit-break container usually need a place of their own; a library bag might only travel on borrowing day. Check whether the school supplies cutlery and whether lunch stays in the classroom or a fridge. That tells you what needs to fit together and which pieces you can leave off the shopping list.

How do I choose lunch gear for my child’s school day?

Check the school’s packing list and meal breaks first. Plan space for lunch, a separate snack or fruit break, and a drink bottle. Compare product dimensions and practise opening the containers at home.

Appetite, food preferences and the school timetable are more useful than age on its own. A younger child may want several small foods, while an older child might prefer a wrap and one larger side. Ask whether recess and lunch are unpacked separately. Then choose a lid your child can manage and a layout that fits their usual food, with any fruit-break container accessible without opening the main lunch.

Can I add reusable snack storage to an existing lunch setup?

Yes. Mini and Midi snack boxes, yoghurt pouches and sandwich bags can be bought separately. Choose the size that suits the food you pack and the space left in your child’s lunch bag.

Separate meal breaks are easier when the food for each break is easy to reach. Put the fruit-break snack in a small box and keep the main lunch closed until lunchtime. At home, practise getting that snack out without tipping the rest of the bag onto the floor. The right size is the one that holds the portion your child usually eats, with enough room for the lid to close cleanly.

Do I need to buy a full set?

No. You can replace or add one piece at a time. If you want a coordinated setup in one purchase, compare the bundle listings and check their included items.

Keep the pieces that still work and replace the one that is missing, worn or the wrong size. Compare the new item's dimensions with the bag you already use. For a growing appetite, a bigger snack box may solve the problem without changing the whole lunch setup. Individual pieces also let siblings choose different colours while sharing the same packing routine at home. A full set is optional, not a requirement for coordinating the gear.
