We work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1 business day, with same-day dispatch available for orders placed before 1pm Adelaide time.

During peak periods, promotional events, public holidays or new product launches, slight dispatch delays may occasionally occur.

Dispatch & Delivery

Most orders are shipped via Australia Post, while larger or bulkier parcels may be sent with a courier service.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather events or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully check your shipping address at checkout before completing your order.

Spixal is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Any redelivery, return-to-sender or reshipping costs caused by incorrect customer information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping charges are calculated separately from promotional discounts and are not eligible for discount codes unless otherwise stated.
