Yes. The water-resistant lining wipes clean, or you can machine wash the bag on a gentle cycle.

What warranty does it have?
Every Spixal product has a 12-month warranty. If it isn't right for you, you can return it free within 30 days in Australia.

How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day, and shipping is free on orders over $89 in Australia.

How long will my child use this backpack?
Longer than most parents expect. Families usually buy the Junior when their child starts daycare, and it keeps going through preschool, into kindy and right up to middle primary school. The 25L size holds spare clothes and a sleeping bag now, and a lunch kit, library book and jumper later. It's built to last, with zips made to keep going through years of daily use, so plenty of families pass it down to a younger brother or sister when it's done.

Isn't 25L too big for a toddler?
Not for a daycare day. Most centre lists include two or three changes of clothes, nappies, a sleeping bag or cot sheet, bottles, a hat and sometimes lunch. A small toddler bag can't fit it all, so you end up carrying extra bags. At drop-off it's usually Mum or Dad carrying it to the room anyway, and at just 400g empty it's light for both of you. Will the lunch bag, bottle and hat fit?
Yes. Three compartments keep spare clothes, lunch and little things apart, the matching Junior lunch bag in the same print fits inside, the deep side pockets hold a drink bottle, and the D-ring on the front holds the Magnetic Hat Clip so the hat is always on show.

How do I fit it so it sits right?
Use both straps and tighten them until the bag sits snug and high against the back, with the base above the hips. Re-check the straps each term as your child grows. Our school backpack guide has the full fit check.
