How To Pack Hot Food

For best results:

  1. Fill the jar with boiling water and leave it for 5–10 minutes to warm the stainless steel.
  2. Heat food until it is hot.
  3. Tip out the water.
  4. Add the hot food straight away.
  5. Close the lid firmly.
  6. Pack upright in the lunch bag.

Safety note: always check food temperature and school food-safety requirements. Do not pack food your child cannot safely open or eat independently.
